Jim Cage was a gangster boss in Ohio. He distributed drugs to the Ohio state. When Proctor's drug factory exploded, he expanded his operation to Pennsylvania, Kai's territory. In a meeting between him, his son, two of his goons, Kai, Rebbeca and Clay, he and all of his entourage are killed by the other party.
