Igor Rabitov (Ukrainian: Ігор Рабітов, Ihor Rabitov), better known as Mr. Rabbit was a ruthless Ukrainian mob boss. He has been hunting Lucas Hood and Carrie Hopewell, his daughter, who were his former top thieves, for 15 years.
